ADMINISTRATOR - FOOD £2000-£22000 per annum (+ Holiday, pension + staff welfare benefits) 6 month fixed term contract - immediate start 09.00-17.00, Monday to FridayBristol - Commutable from Bath, Midsummer Norton, Frome, Radstock, Shepton Mallet TrowbridgeDo you want to work for an award winning authentic British company?Are you an energetic and meticulous Administrator with experience within the Food Manufacturing industry?Are you looking for your next immediately available role with an exceptional company?This original yet fashionable food manufacturer is looking to add an Administrator with a keen eye for detail to support its permanent team during a very busy period.With fantastic benefits on offer as well as a competitive salary this is a great time to join the company on a fixed term contract basis.The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience of working as an Administrator within a food environment have Strong organisational, time management & communication skills and be a good team player.The Role: Reading, cross-referencing & proof checking food labelling (artwork and specificationSending new artwork to external suppliers and expediting its return when applicable.General Administration and Data Entry duties (Data inputting into ERP / SAP)Using Excel spreadsheets to enter and find relevant informationThe person:Previous experience in an Administration role within a Food Manufacturing EnvironmentKnowledge and Experience of ERP Business System Data Input - Ideally SAP but not a requirement (Data entry/handling experience)The confidence to work independently, seeking guidance when appropriate and ability to work well as part of a wider teamGood written English and ideally Proof Reading Experience (large amounts of the task will involve reading and cross-referencing food labelling)This is an immediate requirement so please send an up-to-date CV ASAP to Sarah Hibberd.
