An international company is looking for an Events Coordinator in Rugby. Joining on a 12-month FTC, you will ensure the smooth running and successful delivery of training courses and events, as well as providing a customer service function for publications work. For doing this you will receive a pension scheme, healthcare and flexible working hours. As an Events Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries regarding training events/courses.Setting-up and managing on-site training facilities for courses.Sourcing venues and trainers.Preparing course/event materials.Processing customer feedback.Sourcing volunteers.Updating the database.Ensuring the successful delivery of events and training courses.We are looking for an Events Coordinator who has the following skills and experiences:
Educated to secondary level education (e.g A-Levels) with a Grade A-C/9-5 in Maths and English.Previous experience in a Training, Events, Publications, Coordination role.Experience using a customer database and working with Standard Operation Procedures.Previous experience working in a commercially focussed business unit.In return, an Events Coordinator will receive a salary of £19,000 - £23,000 per annum.
