Location- Cambridge

Salary- £35-40k per annum DoEFor this role you need to be tenacious, driven and have the following skill set:

* Minimum 2:1 from a leading University

* Passion for technology

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

* Good interpersonal and customer care skills

* Excellent time management skills

* Attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach to work

* A self-motivated, can-do attitude

* Knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems (MacOS, Ubuntu, Windows). (desirable)

* Windows Server OS (2012, 2016, 2019) (desirable)

* Active Directory (desirable)

* Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 (desirable)

* Duo, including Duo Access Gateway and SSO concepts (desirable)

* Microsoft Hyper-V (desirable)

* Veeam Backup and Replication (desirable)

* Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure / Office 365) (desirable)

* Experience with AWS (desirable)
