Agile/Scrum Transformation Manager - London - up to £120,000 My client, a multinational tech consulting firm based in London, is looking for an Agile/Scrum Transformation Manager to work on client's site for one of their major clients operating in the Financial Industry. They are looking for someone who will help their client by providing them with leadership and by using Agile/Scrum methodologies for culture change and business value generation. This role would be suitable for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and values experience with high profile companies - which in return offer excellent career progression opportunities and the chance to be exposed and work on major projects in the industry. Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the transition from legacy structure to Agile ways of working, you will need to be able to confidently communicate with business stakeholders at executive levels, demonstrate extensive hands-on experience of delivering Agile transformation frameworks and ideally you have done this in a Cloud environment.Support the organisation with Agile/Scrum transformation strategiesHelp the organisation measure and track their progresses by implementing Agile/Scrum practices Support and coach different teams across the business and provide constant leadershipWork closely with other leadership teams across the business to create effective business strategies and facilitate a successful Agile transformationKeep up to date with the industry and make sure you are always following the best Agile/Scrum methodologies and act as a subject matter expertYou need to have previous experience with:Managing large teams (40+) following the best Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent track record of working with stakeholders and previous Agile transformation experience (Ideally in a multinational organisation)You will have great communication skills to be able to communicate complex technical subjects in a clear and precise mannerExperience overseeing enterprise and large budget initiativesExperience working in a geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groupJira, Lean, Cloud and ideally previous experience in Financial ServicesIn return you will have excellent career progression opportunities, a competitive salary with great benefits, exposure to major projects which are going to look great on your CV and much more.
