DescriptionYou will provide support, administration and configuration of key business applications (ERP, Document Management, CRM, Customer Portal, etc) and be responsible for contributing ongoing to the Business As Usual and Roadmap change programs.The primary responsibility of this position is to provide 2nd line support and change management capability for key operational business applications. This role may also support some training, deployment, and project administration tasks.This is a very exciting time to join the business as they will be implementing, Dynamics CRM, Power BI/ Tableau and an Azure SQL Datawarehouse in the next 12 months and have just moved to a new office in Covent Garden.
