Our Central Government client are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer (DV Cleared) Summary of the work

Design, build and support a platform for data scientists to query our client's data.Technical input to project planning.Document architectural designsProduce infrastructure as code.Develop automated mechanisms for deploying infrastructure and application changes.Provide ongoing skills transfer to staff.Lead the engagement with external ITHC supplier Who you will work with

The existing team is made up of a number of engineers & architects covering the full spectrum of big data, cloud infrastructure, security architecture, and business analysis.

You'll also be expected to engage with other teams within the organisation;

UCFS for systems integrationDesign Authority for design sign-offSRE for acceptance into serviceStakeholder teams, e.g. data analysts & scientists

You'll also be expected to engage with 3rd party suppliers and auditors (e.g. IT Health Check teams) What you will work on

Data ingestion from current service and surfacing of data to the users of the new AWS Data Platform.
