Slimming World is the UK's most advanced weight management organisation, helping members lose weight in our 19,000 groups around the UK every week and online through our digital programme. The company has experienced consistent growth each year for the past ten years, taking the brand to a clear leadership position in the UK and Ireland.

We're currently in the middle of an exciting project to transform the way we deliver our services to our valued members digitally. Our Digital team is supporting the company's growth plans by developing a brand-new website and suite of apps, as well as maintaining our current site and supporting systems, so we can continue to provide fabulous support to our members. We're embracing new technologies such as React Native, React and Redux, and in doing so we aim to improve our successful digital service in the UK, and deliver our unique approach to weight management into global markets.  

You'll work within one of Digital's web development scrum teams to help deliver new features to both our public and member sites. This really is an exciting opportunity to really help drive innovation around how we implement and deliver our frontend solutions.

are genuinely excited by front-end development with a real sense of ownership for your work

Ideally, you'll also have experience in, knowledge of or would love to learn:

HTML5, CSS (responsive design)

React or other JavaScript frameworks such as VueJS or Angular

JavaScript build tools such as Webpack & Gulp

agile or business-driven development

continuous integration / continuous deployment
