- Provide 2nd Line IT Support taking escalated issues on a Microsoft infrastructure

- Improve your skills with networks and servers to become expert

- Develop your knowledge of manufacturing specific tech and GMP

- Learn from more experienced team members to improve your skillsThe Person:

- Experienced 2nd Line / IT Support Engineer

- Experience in Microsoft general infrastructure, networks and servers

- Looking to keep progressing technically
