Senior Architectural Technician (AutoCAD)

£20.00 - £28.00 per hour (Limited Company/Umbrella)Are you an Architectural Technician looking for your next immediately available, long term contract role working on a sheltered housing scheme?This organisation are a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy and have a new sheltered housing scheme which they need assistance covering the heavy workload possibly up till August. Duties will include; office based design drawings for sheltered housing scheme project, regular use of AutoCAD, experience and knowledge of residential/housing sector and require strong technical & building regs knowledge.This role would suit someone with an understanding of building or construction regulations, AutoCAD design experience and ideally knowledge of residential/housing sector, looking for their next immediately available, long term contract role.The Role:Use of AutoCAD to produce design drawings for sheltered housing schemeOffice basedAbility to work on own without help of othersThe Person:Highly proficient in AutoCADExperience in residential/housing sectorStrong technical & building regs knowledgeExperience with RIBA stages 3-4Reference: RTR91401
