We are one of the fastest growing consultancies in the UK and we aim to maintain our high reputation by creating a team that is passionate about Salesforce and are driven to be a part of many successful projects.Your Role in our Business:Working with the Directory area in the CRM teamWork closely with the Product Owner to define the technical requirements for developmentWork with and take direction Project Managers and ConsultantsDefining the current gaps in the business by assisting with the "As is" analysis against the desired future state based on the company's proposition.Define and Document technical requirements and then to address them using a high calibre methodologyRequirementsADM201 certified Vast amount of experience in Salesforce as a Senior Administrator/Business Analyst or ConsultantHave an extensive amount of hands on experience with Configuration and Customisation skills such as Workflows, Rules, Process Builders, Reports and Dashboard, Custom fields, Objects, Page Layouts and Approval Processes etcStakeholder management experience - gather requirements and implement with accuracyHave worked in an End to End project (full lifecycle)Demonstrate that you have worked in an organised and proactive mannerPossess strong communication and documentation skillsUnderstanding or hands on experience with CPQ and Einstein (Optional)
