This is a dynamic role which plays an integral part in the business and the deployment of new systems. You will have the potential to become the toolset SME within a project team, and be responsible for all management tool design and production of deployment plans and designs.
Skills/Knowledge:
Service Desk Tooling (CA Service Desk Manager/Service Now/BMC Remedy/Microsoft Service Manager) experience.Ability to configure tooling with C#/Java/Javascript.Application design and development skills, with knowledge of business IT infrastructures.Ability to plan the deployment of new tools and have the skills needed to build, test and roll out successfully.Knowledge of EM tooling.Good problem solving skills and critical thinking skills.The Company
