Headquartered in London, the company have already opened a number of global offices in Sydney, Wellington, Washington DC and Paris - and as they continue to grow they are looking to take their product to a number of other global markets.Job DescriptionAs a French speaking Engagement Specialist; you will be specialising in French localisation and translation. This role will require you to work closely with the French team, especially the Product Specialists to ensure an updated and consistent online customer experience. You will also take charge of all French product translations to increase customer engagement and improve the customer journey.Key Responsibilities

'€¢Partnering with the wider Education team and French Customer support team to develop better, customised online learning environment'€¢Ensuring all documentation is correctly translated to give customers the best possible experience'€¢Overseeing continuous development of onboarding and adoption initiatives for the customer engagement team, including self-service onboarding and tech touch'€¢Executing of localisation plans for the French Product created by the French Product Specialist'€¢Localising and translating in-app functions on both mobile & web applications for the French/French Canadian market based on internal market strategy'€¢Supporting the rollout strategy of new Products in the French/French Canadian markets

Job Requirements

'€¢A 2.1 BA from a top university'€¢You must be a fluent English and French speaker, with experience in English to French translations'€¢Proven and varied experience creating content - ideally creating educational documents'€¢Experience creating educational videos would be a real plus!'€¢Exposure to Customer-facing roles, either in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support'€¢The ability to manage a busy diary and coordinate schedules
