You will be ensuring that every interaction a client has with the platform is enjoyable, acting as the voice for customer centricity and a voice for automation. As the front-line voice and face of the company, you will be responsible for streamlining process to increase internal and external efficiency.Key responsibilitiesIn this Client Services Graduate Scheme, your responsibilities will include:

'€¢Representing the company's voice, communicating with the customers via email and phone and promoting the company's image and work'€¢Addressing customer queries and solving their issues as they are raised, delivering an amazing customer service'€¢Proactively spotting patterns in frustrations or hopes of customers and relaying feedback to the team'€¢Working with a dynamic team in a dynamic environment, adapting and reacting to the new challenges and solving the new problems job presents every day'€¢Taking responsibility for your work, organising and prioritising yourself when necessary

Job requirements

'€¢A 2.1 or above from university'€¢An entrepreneurial mindset - you'll love the startup buzz'€¢Excellent written and verbal communication skills'€¢Experience with using software and online platforms would be a real plus. Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Docs is a must'€¢An interest in the energy industry is highly desirable but by no means a prerequisite
