Who we're looking forWe're looking for a Collaboration Specialist to be the key technical engineer supporting Audio Visual and Video conferencing within Schroders.You'll be a good communicator and team player with sound technical knowledge across the AV and collaboration space. A technical background in Ethernet and IP networking and an awareness of security.You'll join a team of forward thinking engineers who excel at thinking outside the box and driving things forward without being afraid to use bespoke solutions. With over two hundred collaborative meeting rooms at our new London HQ. What you'll do
Leading the of the video conference estate
Enhancements to that estate i.e. Backups, Maintenance,Upgrades
Integration of different AV and video systems through the use of modern APIs
Capacity planning and the management and monitoring of the estateThe knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Our Collaboration Specialist will need support and implementation experience of the following-
Cisco video conferencing equipment and systems - Codecs, TMS, CMS, CUCM and Expressway servers
Application Knowledge around Call manager 11.5 & Expressway C&E , Cisco CMS
Maintaining and managing endpoints SX10,20,80 & Cisco Spark Room Kits
Polycom video conferencing equipment and systems - Codecs Group Series 500+700
Call routing, call admission control, management and capacity planning
Common video conferencing protocols such as SIP and h.323
Immersive telepresence systems IX5000
API based control on codecs and systems
Interoperability between room and desktop video systems
Crestron room control systems
Crestron APIs especially Simple#
Crestron Fusion device management
Network and systems management experience
IPTV systems ( Exterity )
