Marketing Executive Job Description:

A leading law firm is seeking a Marketing Executive to work alongside the Family department in their Manchester based head office. The firm offer legal services to both commercial clients and Private clients from all walks of life, and was recently ranked in the Sunday Times top 100 places to work for.

The Marketing Executive's primary role is to support the family law team in marketing projects. The right person for this role will have experience working across the full marketing mix including experience in events and online content creation.

Marketing Executive Duties:

*Updating the family pages of the website, blog and any other related digital channels.

*Implementing campaigns on the website and working with the department on the content.

*Working closely with the website agency ICOM and the central marketing team.

*Creation and editing of departmental videos or vlogs when required.

*Liaise with the firms external PR consultant and the family team regarding PR ideas

*Book and manage events and seminars for the family team.

*Collate and prepare submissions for the family team for Marketing Week.

*Process marketing invoices relating to the family team and help manage the marketing budget.

*Prepare marketing literature if required by the team and work with the firm's freelance designer to keep to house style.

*Work with the firm's Database Officer to add data to the firms CRM system and keep family contacts up to date.

*Create PowerPoint presentations for seminars when required.

*Assist in any ad-hoc marketing tasks required by the family team.

Marketing Executive Experience and Attributes:

*2+ years proven marketing experience including digital marketing experience.

*Have excellent IT skills including a good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

*Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently

*Have the ability to develop and maintain strong internal relationships at all levels.

*Ability to work with initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility.

*Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workload.

*Ability to work as part of a team or independently
