Geotechnical Engineer (Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science Graduate)Wells, Somerset£20'000-£26'000 + Holiday + Progression to ChartershipWould you like the opportunity to join a well-established company that can offer progression and training to chartership?Could you see yourself at the forefront of geoenvironmental consultancy working on major projects from contaminated land assessment to waste management?This company has a great track record in developing recent graduates and provides consultancy services across the UK, they are looking to add a geoenvironmental consultant to their already highly skilled team who is degree qualified with prior experience within site supervision and contaminated land.In this role you will work Monday to Friday completing report based work and overseeing sites. You will initially start in a supporting role in site investigation which will progress into carrying out investigations independently, you will also be involved in undertaking extensive research whilst preparing reports under supervision of senior team members.This is a great role for an individual to join a leading business who will invest heavily into your development and give you a chance to play a key part in this company's growth and development

THE ROLE:

*Monday to Friday

*Site investigation

*Factual and interpretative reporting

*Undertake research including site surveys

*Monitoring of gas, groundwater and surface waterTHE PERSON:

*Experienced in site supervision and contaminated land assessment

*Graduate in Geology / Environmental Sciences / Applied Geology / Geotechnical Engineering

*Commutable to Wells

*Full UK driving license
