Desktop Support Analyst

Spring Technology is currently working in partnership with a market leading services provider in Nottingham to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst to join a growing support department providing high quality end user support.

The Responsibilities

*Provide 2nd line support to end users throughout EMEA

*Manage the inventory of all IT hardware assets

*Procurement and configuration of new IT hardware

*Management and inventory of IT stock levels

*Software inventory including approval, procurement, documentation and installation

*Complete assigned tasks and normal duties with limited direct supervision

*Mobile phone asset and contract management

*Monthly IT financial cost recharge

*Develop, publish and adhere to standards, policies, and procedures

*Facilitate warranty claims and exchanges

*Travel to both domestic and international locations

*Perform accurate and timely updates of tickets in the company tracking system

The Requirements

*Applicant must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.

*Must be able to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing.

*Troubleshooting

*Inventory / Documentation skills using Microsoft Excel

*Proven organisation and communication skills

*Ability and willingness to travel, work remotely and independently

*Windows 10 / Windows Server 2012 & 2016

*Experience of SCCM

*Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel and Project

*Previous experience using an IT Support Ticketing System

Position requires a valid Driver's License and passport
