Lead the Product Management capability at PINS and be responsible for the vision setting, strategy and execution of the Mission IT portfolio (including Operational Casework Delivery, Finance, HR, and Time-Recording) and related solutions

Manage a team of two Senior Product Managers who are responsible for Digital Public Services and Infrastructure & Platforms

Deploy best in class configurations for the Mission IT platforms and ensure adoption of Mission IT services throughout the organisation

Working with technical team members and stakeholders, you will ensure the success of the product feature delivery and adoption, while providing technical leadership and innovation

Align Mission IT products with the overall IT enterprise architecture vision and goals and lead product's change management activities working with the Change & Release Manager

Serve as the Product Manager for the Mission IT products and product features from evaluating the preview to rolling it out to the users. You will also serve as the product manager for all ancillary services that comprise the Mission IT ecosystem

Able to proactively research and evaluate the feasibility of any new technologies that may improve the Mission IT user experience in close collaboration with other Product and Service Owners

ProfileLead Product Manager - Essentail Criteria:Experience of directing technical specialists in a multidisciplinary team and leading/mentoring product managers

Strong stakeholder management skills

The ability to understand complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge

Proven experience of building and delivering a product roadmap

Proven experience of capturing and translating user needs into deliverables

Able to define the minimum viable product and make decisions about priorities.

Strong knowledge of Cyber Security issues and the challenges facing organisations

Relevant degree or professional qualification or willingness to study for a qualification within a reasonable length of time.
