As the Insight Analyst/Data Analyst you will be drafting & preparing reports & analysis for teams to help develop & inform the design of services, customer journeys & income. Main Accountabilities:You'll identify analysis & management information requirements & producing database analysis & reports, which contribute to the design, development, implementation & evaluation of projects around the organisation.Interrogate the supporter databases to produce insight & reports that informs relevant plans, as directed.Analyse & present insight on customers from across all services.Present & communicate analysis gathered to the relevant audiences.Work with data insight tools & practises, including R/Python, SPSS/SAS, Excel, FastStats & Crystal Reports.Interface as required with external suppliers to import/export data ensuring data accuracy, carry out analysis & advise on data analysis & management information requirements.Work closely with the Data, Knowledge & Information team to increase the quality & value of data. Working to ensure that a holistic approach is taken to identifying, gathering & shared use of information.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Customer Relationship Management database systems.Using database systems for analysis/evaluation, production of reports, selections & management information.MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Crystal Reports or similar.Data Protection Act.Analytical skills & experience of evaluating information to aid decision making.Ability to use relational databases & data analysis software & apply them effectively, including the extraction & analysis of meaningful data. Desirable skills: Knowledge of database marketing tools, analytical software & business intelligence tools As important as technical skills are our client is looking for an Insight Analyst who enjoys working in a team.
