Dear Freelancers,On behalf of my client in the pharmaceutical industry I am currently looking for an UX Designer (m/f/d) and UX Researcher (m/f/d) in Munich starting as soon as possible.First Position: UX Designer (m/f/d)

Second position: UX Researcher (m/f/d)Start: as soon as possible

End: 31.12.2020

Location: Munich Area

Work Load: 4 days per week (32 hours)

Project details:

The project includes the following activities to develop the customer-centered omnichannel approach in oncology and vaccines:

- Development and conception (CE / UX) of prototypes and concepts based on qualitative and quantitative customer insights

- Development of UX strategies and UX designs

- Conducting user studies and user research Conception of user guidance, interaction design and information architecture

- Trace user scenarios, user journeys and user flows

- Further development of ideas and approaches with the help of design experience and customer insights / feedback

- Visualisation of ideas based on customer insights and with the help of wire frames, prototypes, mock-ups and flowcharts

- Preparation, implementation and evaluation of usability tests and data flow analysis to check your own concepts

- Introduce and train the team in CE / UX methods.

Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Design, Communication Design or -Science, Psychology and /or deep knowledge in UX Research

- Experienced in researching the design of applications, experiences, websites, products and services that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints

- Expertise in applying of qualitative and quantitative market research methods

- Knowledge with agile development processes and methodologies

- Experience mentoring designers and other members of a cross-functional team

- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

- An incredibly passionate, curious and creative problem solver who can look for trends and new technologies to enhance our digital customer experiences

- Someone who is intensely collaborative, and can balance gaining buy-in with an ability to decide what is right for their project
