Brand ManagerReporting into: Marketing DirectorSlough, UK With marketing insights, you will be in authority of supporting the Marketing strategy and initiatives for 2 new product launches internationally. You will ensure appropriate regional support to the country managers and commercial managers to increase market share and reaching various objectives. You will have a passion for making a difference to people's lives as well as an analytical and strategic mind-set. This role will give you the opportunity to work for a medium sized pharmaceutical company and will give you the opportunity to have an international presence and join a warm-hearted and friendly environment. Responsibilities:Aid in developing and implementing Key EU marketing initiatives and share business goalsDevelop Promotional pieces of the health care professionals campaign in relation with the commercial, medical and health policy teamSupport marketing initiatives targeted to stakeholder groupsDevelop digital assets in order to execute the multichannel marketing strategyImplement market research strategy to monitor the effectiveness of the communication campaignPublic affairs initiatives according to the brand milestonesMaintain up-to-date understanding of stakeholder perspectives through regular engagementSupporting local affiliate brand managersEffective cross functional managementKPI monitoring & tracking Desired Qualifications: Degree level education in Business / Marketing or Science Experience: 4-5 years Minimum experience at Brand Manager level with a strong track record in the Pharmaceutical industryHas supported local affiliates across EU beneficialExperience in working in speciality markets and/or stigmatised disease markets is advantageous.Experience in product launchesExperience in sales would be beneficialAdditional languages (Desirable) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage to a broad audience quicklyConfidence to challenge the status quo and the ability to manage and deliver changeHighly agile and comfortable in changing and dynamic environmentDemonstrates high levels of energy and drive and strong analytical skillsStrongly results oriented with demonstrable track record of success To find out more about Real please visit www.realstaffing.comReal Staffing, a trading division of SThree Partnership LLP is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy| Registered office | 1st Floor, 75 King William Street, London, EC4N 7BE, United Kingdom | Partnership Number | OC387148 England and Wales
