SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - BEDFORDSHIRE

Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 plus, company car or allowance, pension, private health, fuel

The Opportunity:

Due to several recent contract awards, my client has a requirement for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a New Build Education scheme in Bedfordshire. The value of this scheme is £30m and ideal candidate would have had experience working on RC Frame or High-rise developments. PRS / residential or Student Accommodation experience is also desirable.

Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, the successful Project manager will be ultimately responsible for delivery of the scheme whilst monitoring quality, health and safety and programme and budgets for the site. Whilst also been very systems and process driven and strong client facing.

You will directly supervise a site team consisting of direct and indirect labour, whilst maintaining effective and long-term relationships with the client and their representatives.

Essential requirementsProven track record working as a Project Manager for a well-known main contractorMust have managed schemes up to £30m as project leadMust have worked on PRS / Residential or Student AccommodationMust have experience delivering RC Frame or High-rise developmentsExcellent technical knowledge, leadership and management skills are essentialMust be commercially awareEducated to a high standard (Degree or equivalent)UK Driving licence essential

Training required:Health & Safety trained - CITB or equivalentCSCS CardFirst Aid
