1st Level Support - Trading Applications / Openlink Findur vacancy for our Basel based client in the financial sector. Your experience/skills:Experience as 1st Level Support in the financial or banking sector including writing system and user documentation in EnglishKnowledge of the Openlink's Findur system and Bottomline Technologies applications, Data Warehouse knowhow is advantageousExcellent communication and problem solving skillsAbility to work in a pro-active way, independently and in a teamLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken Your tasks:Recording and handling any received request within a committed timeframeCooperating with the 2nd level support team for complex issuesCommunicating and following up the person who raised an incidentEnsuring the documentation of various issues and their related solution as well as their accessibilityParticipating in stand-up meetings related to reviewing production issues and ensuring the documentation process Start: ASAP
