Facilitate the design of future state processes incorporating new technology and LEAN methodologies

To champion LEAN & continuous improvement methods

To conduct gap analysis and benefit realisation

To write Standard Operating Procedures and roll-out changes

To manage the delivery of work, and providing project updates and reporting

To provide a link between the change, IT & legal teams

To be responsible for conducting root-cause analysts, documenting problem areas, and provide recommendations for the wider teams.
