My client is looking for an enthusiastic Project Co-ordinator to come and join their team at their head office in Bristol, on a 6 week contract with the view of extension.To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience managing IS projectsExperience in stakeholder management Experience in the management of projects in accordance with P3M and the DBS Change ProcessExperience supporting the planning of projects in accordance with the APM FrameworkExperience of identifying and securing resources for project deliveryExperience of identifying project benefits, the appropriate owners and the measures to enable benefit tracking and the production of Benefits Realisation Plan and undertake benefits trackingExperience of monitoring and reporting progress against the Project PlanExperience of ensuring dependencies are identified and registeredExperience engaging with the Programme and Project Managers to prioritise the project according to the needs of the business, resource availability, quick win and procurement necessitiesExperience maintaining a Risk Register containing all risks which may impact the project in line with the Risk Management Approach of APM (Identify, Assess, Plan, Implement and Communicate) and the DBS Risk StrategyExperience of ensuring Risks are assigned an owner, monitored, revised and escalated in accordance with changes within the project and businessExperience of Risk mitigationExperience ensuring costs are agreed, accurate and proportionate for the project being undertaken using three-point estimatesExperience of ensuring costs are forecasted over the duration of the project and the accurate maintenance of expenditure against cost forecasts is completedExperience escalating any overspend against agreed forecasts THIS ROLE IS INSIDE IR35
