Knowledge and experience of corporate ICT systems. Demonstrable knowledge of LAN and WAN. Demonstrable experience of working in a Microsoft Active Directory environment. Demonstrable experience of virtualisation technologies. Experience of using IS/ICT to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an organisation. Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Share Point, Microsoft SQL and Microsoft CRM Infrastructure. Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Lync. Experience of ICT delivery through Virtualised environments. High levels of determination and commitment. Ability to demonstrate initiative, prioritise urgent issues whilst achieving outcomes to agreed deadlines. An uncompromising approach to outstanding customer service. Excellent team working skills.
