2nd Line Support SpecialistOur leading retail client based in Leeds has an exciting opportunity to join their 2nd line support team who help provide the business with technical expertise to manage and support IT Services across the business, along with supporting users accessing our internal applications.Role responsibilities:
'€¢Provide 2nd line IT support for key business critical systems stacks such as WMS or Retail systems'€¢Provide a collaborative and proactive Support Service working to support clients and industry Best practises within an ITIL framework.'€¢ITIL V3 Foundation Certified or proven experience of working to ITIL processes'€¢Good Technical skills and a desire to further develop them'€¢Good Incident Management skills, logical and analytical approach to problem analysis and proven problem solving skills'€¢Experience using a call logging systems, such as Assyst, JIRA etc.'€¢Knowledge of SQL and XML (preferred)'€¢Proven experience of supporting key business IT Services'€¢Strong problem analysis skills, trend analysis and resolution.'€¢Provide out of hours support through an on-call rota
