IT Support L3 eChannels / ebanking vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:Prior Experience in 3rd level support with business knowledge in trading, payments and asset viewSolid understanding of IT integration, web technologies and testing environmentsProfound knowledge in MQ, Unix including shell scripting andSQLKnow-how in J2EE application integration with WLS, REST, Spring Boot, Docker and SAMLHigher education in computer science or equivalent fieldLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is a plusYour tasks:Providing 3rd Level support for the e-Channel applications regarding technical questions in a global environmentEnsuring smooth running of global eChannel services for B2B and B2C client segments as well as taking end-to-end responsibility for e-Banking services as service ownerSupporting the development teams in evolving system architecture and design along with performing maintenance including lifecycle measures, configuration and reportingDealing with data distributions intrabanking and Unix / MQ interfaces while using shell script and SQLActing as SME and as point of escalation for business- and 2nd level support while suggesting ideas for continuous improvementProviding proactive problem tracking along with analysing and solving incidents and defects Start: ASAP
