DevOps Engineer / Automation (AWS Linux Cloud Finance Data Management). FinTech specialising in financial data management solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support their unrivalled cloud-based software.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will act as a critical member of the Engineering team where you will take ownership of problem resolution, leveraging scripting to build the required automation and tools, contributing to cross-functional planning. You'll work with development teams, influencing best practices in infrastructure, applications, cloud features and functionality and participate in design reviews to optimise quality and efficiency of output.

Requirements:
You have operational experience with AWS / CloudFormation
You have strong working knowledge of Linux OS
You have experience using DevOps tools; specifically Docker and Kubernetes
You have experience with CI/CD and related tooling (e.g. Jenkins, Git, JIRA, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin etc.)
You have experience with building and designing cloud-based software and the full development lifecycle
You're degree educated (BSc / MSc) or have equivalent relevant experience
You are a confident self-starter, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business internally and externally
