1st Line Customer Service and Support

Spring Technology are now recruiting for an awarding winning organisation to recruit a 1st Line Support who has excellent experience working within Technical Support OR Customer Service in a business to business environment, to join their existing thriving team within Hatfield.

The Role

The Successful candidate will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service and ensure that customers are delighted with their experience. You will also be asked with administering customer account details using a variety of IT systems and responding to online enquires.

As well as this the successful candidate will be diagnosing basic telecoms issues for customers and delivering outstanding first line support. Full technical training will be given.

Key Responsibilities

*Being the first point of contact for customers who have issues with their telecoms equipment or accounts.

*Providing first line fault diagnosis and support for out client's product.

*Identify problems and find resolutions to issues and specific issues.

*Track all problems from start to finish ensuring that the customer is kept updated with progress.

*Trial and test processes within the customer service team.

*Recommend products to customers in line with their needs.

You will need

*To be able to put the customer at the heart of everything you do

*Proven experience within a customer service role

*Basic knowledge of, or experience working with, telecoms concepts such as IP Addresses, VoiP, Mobile Phones, Microsoft Office applications

*Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management will be needed with an ability to explain technical concepts to a non technical audience

*Organised and a strong ability to manage your own time, deadlines and be proactive
