1 MONTH CONTRACT (Potential Extension) - £150 PER DAY - EDINBURGH - 1st & 2nd LINE SUPPORT You will be required to:To provide 1st and 2nd line support to all staffServer administration for staff and the businessPeripheral purchasing and contract maintenanceMain responsibilities:Work with ticketing system to ensure all tickets are raised and completed promptlyPrioritising workEscalating tickets when level 3 support is requiredMaintaining services for remote staffIdentify, plan, deliver and evaluate projects, ensuring the timely and satisfactory completion of outputs.Participate in and lead project teamsAssist in the development and implementation of Information Systems for the businessChampioning Information Systems with all members of staff to ensure secure and safe systems meeting standards before deployment KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMinimum of 3 years' experience of business orientated user and systems support, levels 1 and 2.Good working knowledge is required of Windows desktop OS platforms and Microsoft Office 2010+.Administration of Windows servers, and virtualisation technologies including SANs and VMWareProject Management experience is requiredProcurement and tendering processesCommunication, inter-personal, presentation and writing skills
