Linux Systems Engineer / DevOps (automation ci/cd python aws linux unix). Are you a senior Linux Systems Engineer looking to remain hands-on and take a lead role within a DevOps position? You could be working on complex and interesting systems at a technology company that has created a diverse, supportive environment of innovation that empowers individuals to succeed.

As a Linux Systems Engineer / DevOps you will collaborate with software engineering teams to help them with the operational requirements of implementing new and existing applications, optimising the delivery CI/CD pipeline as well as automating, maintaining and scaling the infrastructure; driving the adoption of DevOps practices and Agile ways of working across the business.

You'll be joining a software house that is producing game changing technology using AI and parallel processing for data, video, imaging and point cloud compression.

Requirements:

Strong DevOps engineering skills with a background in Linux / UNIX system administration experience

Strong Python coding skills

Experience with automation / configuration management using Ansible or Terraform

AWS experience (GCP and / or Azure beneficial)

Ideally you will have used Docker in a Cloud based environment

Excellent communication skills, collaborative and happy to mentor

As a Linux Systems Engineer / DevOps you will earn a competitive salary (to £90k) plus benefits.
