Commercial Manager- £55,000-60,000 - Hampshire A leading Defence and Security Consultancy are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to work on a permanent basis in the South. This Commercial Manager role is responsible for providing commercial support to a growing portfolio of projects from initial opportunity to contract completion.This individual will be responsible for all aspects of commercial support including customer contracting, managing agreements with key partners and suppliers, trade compliance reviews, and tender support, as well as support other businesses worldwide as required.Whats on offer?Salary up to £50,000 Great career progression working within a leading defence and security consultancyGenerous benefits packageMajor Responsibilities / Accountabilities:Effectively be the commercial point of contact for the Infrastructure Monitoring businesses for internal staff and client commercial queriesNegotiates terms and conditions and manages internal processEnsures that the commercial and contractual issues in all sales proposals have been assessed, reviewed, managed safely and appropriately addressed. This includes providing commercial advice at the bid/no bid decision stage, inputs to pricing, cashflow, and deal structure.Ensures that the terms and conditions of the proposal submitted to the customer, and/or the contract as subsequently agreed after negotiation, reflect the basis on which the decision to enter into the contract was Qualification/ Skills & Attributes:Structuring, negotiating and closing commercial agreementsContract management in relevant industriesExperience of international business including export controls, letter of credit, bonds, warranties and guaranteesProviding relevant advice on all commercial aspectsWorking with financial informationDevelopment, Project, Financial, commercial and legal teamsIf you would like to be considered for the position please submit an application or contact Sarah Kesaulija on 01179 309 708
