A well-known, global organisation with offices in London, Luton and Hanover are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join this international team of innovative developers. The client's aim is to drive the development of compelling cloud based, Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) customer feedback solutions, in order to improve the handling of the Voice of Customer.          

You will be responsible for analysing data flow, databases, structures and tables using UML and utilise this information to create a single platform to provide an efficient and effective solution to manage customer feedback and decommission the existing systems. As the system integration expert, you will be delivering large data migration projects using a SAAS platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:

Software engineering and technical delivery.

UML, Business Process Modelling

An excellent understanding of how data flows

APIs and systems integrations

CRM systems such as SAPC4C or similar

SAAS
