The Role
You will be joining a team of highly skilled engineers based in St Neots, working within a fast paced department delivering support to mission critical systems. The ability to interact with both technology and people is of paramount importance.
General responsibilities will include:
Contribution towards system design alongside architect professionals.General support and maintenance of infrastructure/networks.Troubleshooting of complex network and system problems.Providing 3rd Line support as appropriate.Interact with key stakeholders and create good working rapport.
Essential Experience:
Server and storage technology
Windows Server versionsBasic Networking (routing, switching, VLANs)ITIL
Desired Experience:
