Due to my client's continued success and growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Programme Manager.With this role, you will be in overall, end-to-end charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieve the desired outcomes through to delivery.
You will be responsible for delivering various programmes including CRM and Customer Experience. You will also be involved with coordinating projects and resource management within the program, whilst liaising with stakeholders and sponsors.
Essential Knowledge:
Strong Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) experience and end-to-end implementation experience. Experience working on Customer Experience platforms. Experience with at least one project/program management methodology (PRINCE2/Agile/MSP)Exceptional leadership skills. Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
