Machine Learning DeveloperWe are working with a diverse organisation in Stockholm with a goal to drive the business forward using Advanced Analytics.The client is looking for a Machine Learning Developer/Data Scientist to join their Analytics team, you will be working alongside the IT and within the business to solve real business problems with Machine Learning Models, you will be pivotal in setting up Machine Learning models and implementing them within the business you must have a good experience in Machine Learning and be open to building the organisations Machine Learning/Data Science function, working on Churn Modelling, Dynamic Pricing, Fraud Detection, Text Analysis, Clustering and much more.You will work in an open friendly environment full of likeminded people working towards the same goal, the opportunities to develop your skill set will enhance your career and ensure you're working on the latest technologies and developing your skills to benefit both you and the business.Benefits:Good base salary.Healthcare cover.Good pension scheme.Excellent PTO.Must Have:Some years' hands on experience as Machine Learning Developer or similar with working experience of applied models.Extensive knowledge and applied ability in Python, R, SQL.Experience in both Parametric and None Parametric Machine Learning Models.Hands on experience of putting Machine Learning Models into production.Fluent ability to communicate in both Swedish & English.Ability to work in Sweden.Preferable:Experience in MS environment with Azure experience.Bank experience or similar business working with customer behavioural data.Agile organization working with agile analytics.University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning or similar.Ability to share understanding of outcomes with none technical members of organisation.
