Excellent role on offer for an Engineer looking to work for a well-established, market leading company where you will be trained to take on marine based technical surveys.
Do you have a background in marine engineering? Are you looking to use your knowledge of engineering in a highly technical role?
This company design and manufacture pipe systems to a worldwide customer base that includes international naval and civilian customers. Operating for over 50 years, the company has grown form strength to strength and have recently secured a contract that will enable them to grow even further.
In this role you will be required to carry out marine/naval surveys at a variety of locations. You will need to visually inspect fittings and provide daily reports to the customers. Along with providing technical expertise, you will carry out the installation and be involved with the assembly and testing in the workshop. You will be required to travel to ships, mostly based in the South of England.
The role would therefore suit a mechanical / marine engineer that is looking to use their knowledge in a technically challenging role that will not be all workshop based. Ex Forces, especially navy, are encouraged to apply.
