About the GCDO Governance & Alignment TeamGlobal Chief Data Office is a new global function in PWC recognizing the data driven nature of the organization and enablement of new digital practices. The Governance & Alignment function within the GCDO is responsible for both establishing a community of Chief Data Officers and supporting the territories with readiness for the Digitising the Network programme, as well as maintaining the previously established BOS governance bodies whilst aligning future state governance to GCDO vision.
To support these initiatives, we are looking for someone to:Responsible for vision and strategy documents to deliver S&A capabilities for GCDO.Ongoing support of alignment across GCDO pillars with S&A functions.Supporting alignment of GCDO with other network organisation (DtN, BPA, IT, etc.)Drive territory adoption and alignment with GCDO capabilities and strategyDescribe the role in more detail.
We are looking for someone with a passion for data and data management who has strong organisational and communication skills.
Specific responsibilities : Lead territories with their data readiness ahead of onboarding to global systemsSupport territories with data problems and data questions, and facilitate their resolution with relevant subject matter expertsBuild relationships with the data leader community, understanding their key challenges and working with subject matter experts to address thoseAct as one of the key contacts for the territory data leader communityManage Territory Operations Data Leader meetingMinutesCollateral developmentAttendanceDevelop materials and conduct business analysis as required for Governance, Change & Comms, Territory Engagement leadsConduct and document business and process analysis as required for Governance, Change & Comms, Territory Engagement leads
What are the role requirements? 3-5 years experience in professional environment Strong experience delivering programmes and projects with large number of stakeholdersCollaborating in an international environment, comfortable with flexible working arrangementsBusiness analysis experienceBusiness process development and documentation experienceBasic data analysis skillsStrong interest in data managementDelivering in a highly matrixed, fluid environment
