Your BackgroundEducation and QualificationsThe job holder is likely to be degree educated.Knowledge & ExperienceThe successful applicant will have more than 3 years' experience working in a similar role and must have extensive knowledge of Salesforce.DX Development experience is a must!Certification in Salesforce Admin and Developer (ADM201 and DEV401)A good working knowledge of Pardot and implementation experience is desirableA working knowledge of CRM best practices and implementations.Demonstrable Salesforce Consulting experiences.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communicator.Excellent problem solving skills.A sound understanding of excellent Customer Experiences.Ability to train, coach and work with others.Flexibility in approach.Personal AttributesThis role will suit a person who has a dedicated working style with the drive and enthusiasm to improve processes and to see a task through to completion.
