Role: Senior CRM Project Lead
Hours: 37 hours a week
Fixed term contract - 9 months
Salary: £27,297-£29,824
Location: Brunswick Square
Reporting to the Quality and Improvement Manager, the Senior CRM Project Lead will be a key member of the team working on the continued implementation of a new Client Relationship Management System.
This role will include taking the lead in planning, co-ordinating and progressing project work to ensure the implementation of the Client Relationship Management System in the specified services within agreed timescales. You will lead work across the organisation with operational and central services to gather and improve documentation relating to the project as well as managing the risk register, project plans, actions plans and other relevant documentation. The ability to communicate effectively between internal stakeholders and external developers is essential.
You will be highly organised and skilled in the use of project management processes and methodologies. You will have proven experience of co-ordinating projects in complex environments, especially IT projects. Experience of working within a data protection framework is desirable.
