Technical Support Engineer (Cloud Applications Networking). Are you a positive, tech-driven Technical Support Engineer looking for an opportunity to support the operation of a market-leading software house? You could be joining a supportive, highly collaborative environment, working with talented cross-disciplinary teams, solving complex and interesting technical problems and expanding your skill base on the job.

You will act as a critical link between the customer and internal technology teams, so you will need to be able to relay complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

In this Technical Support Engineer role, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Customer Success, Product Management and Development teams, managing a queue of customer support issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a confident team player, willing to get stuck into resolving diverse challenges and use their initiative to work independently through quieter periods.

Requirements:

You have experience in support of Cloud Applications (preferably at a SaaS company)

You have an understanding of basic networking

You are keen to develop your tech skills and learn new technologies

Desirable: you have a college / university diploma / degree
