This is due to an increased demand from clients for their reliable and professional services, not just in IT Support but across several different disciplines.In this role you will provide support to a variety of clients. This will range from general IT support to network support, through to full system migrations. You will work to meet Service Level Agreement with these clients, occasionally travelling to their sites (in London) to assist them in person. You will be part of the wider team of IT Support Technicians, but you will also work closely with other teams in the business.The ideal candidate will be experienced with Networking (WAN / LAN) and providing support to clients when they have problems with it. *Remotely assisting a variety of clients

*General IT support to network support to system migrations

*Occasionally travelling to customer sites to provide support in person

*Working closely with other teams and departments in the businessThe Person:

*Experienced with Network Support (WAN / LAN)

*Familiar with providing remote support

*Has some 2nd/3rd line support experience
