Junior Estimator (Construction / Civil Engineering)

£24,000 - £28,000 + Excellent Training + Career Progression + Car Allowance + 25+8 Days Holiday

Office based with occasional site travel, Commutable from Redditch, Bromsgrove, Studley, Alcester, Worcester, Solihull Are you a Junior Estimator or looking to move into the estimation department and have a background in the construction or Civil Engineering sector where you will be heavily developed through lots of training programmed combined with a clear route of progression? This is a great opportunity where you will work alongside the Commercial Manager and be given excellent training to progress your career and become a technical expert whilst working on a range of challenging and interesting projects. This company have been established over a decade and have close to a £30m turnover and are known as experts in the construction sector making it a great time to get on board and develop your career. This role will suit a Junior Estimator or someone looking to move into the Estimation team that has a background in the Construction or Civil Engineering sector. The Role

*Dealing with Customers requirements and translating them into estimations and quotes

*Working closely with the Commercial Manager in a customer facing role and liaising with other departments

*Lots of industry and Technical training. The Person
