Who will you be working for?

Reed Professional Services (RPS) has an exciting opportunity for Programme Manager to manage our team of experts based in Farringdon engaging with a large logistics client to support the delivery of a new major programme implementation which will integrate with their legacy systems.

What will you be doing?

You will be joining our RPS's delivery team as a Programme Manager. You will oversee the delivery of a large scale transformation & integration project to facilitate key business change in our client's technology function which is responsible for the end to end core business processes and plays a vital role in our clients long term strategy.

Within this role you will be required to engage with senior stakeholders and manage skilled teams in the in the strategic planning and delivery of key technological milestones throughout whilst navigating through a complex environment engaging with multiple stakeholders whilst assessing and mitigating risk.

Experience:

  • The ability to assess and strategically plan on technical deliverables

  • Manage a team of highly skilled technical specialists

  • The ability to develop a roadmap highlighting key milestones and cost-managed deliverables

  • Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships

  • Allocate work effectively and demonstrate governance to a high standard

Skill:

  • Previous experience managing a large-scale transformation or integration project

  • Proven track record in the delivery of projects in both Agile and waterfall methodologies

  • Experience in the delivery of vital high-level core business deliverables

  • Governance, interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills both oral and written

  • Demonstrate acumen and risk management
