So if you're an Threat Intelligence Analyst that isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in then this exciting project is the one for you. Do you enjoy bringing together output from stakeholders within Cyber SOC, Malware, Threat Hunting and Vulnerability teams? Confident enough to conducting analysis to interpret gaps, patterns and trends, assess threat, risk and harm? Want a role that you can have real say in how to develop the IT security of an international power house? Then I want to hear from you.This role is based in Liverpool. Therefore, if you live in a commutable distance of Warrington, Cheshire, Manchester, Burnley, Lancaster, Stoke-on-Trent or surrounding areas - then this role will be easily accessible for you!The existing team of technical experts will help you build on your pre-existing knowledge of:* CompTIA Network+ and Security+

* NIAT, RISC UK or similar

* Experience to perform phishing and malware analysis

* Experience in investigating and reporting on cyber-attacks. Ability to demonstrate comprehensive, practical knowledge of research/collection skills and analytic tradecraft methods.

* Technical skills with an interest in one or more of the following: open source intelligence investigations, digital forensics, infrastructure analysis or malware reverse engineeringIt would be advantageous if you've had exposure to:* Degree in computer science or related subject

* CREST Registered Threat Intelligence Analyst

* GIAC SANS 578 Cyber Threat Intelligence and / or GIAC SANS 610 Malware Reverse EngineeringAs you would expect, you would be compensated well with a salary between £50,000 - £60,000
