RF Optimization Engineer - Chinese Speaking

My global client require an experienced RF Optimization Engineer to join their growing project team. Candidates must be able to speak Chinese and have strong LTE and UMTS experience. The optimization engineer and integration engineer is responsible for all technical issues related to integration of the new site concepts.

Experience:

*7+ years UMTS and LTE radio optimization experience

*Swap experience and Huawei/ Ericsson system experience is a plus

*P3 assurance experience is a plus

Qualifications:

*Knowledge of 3GPP. Is nice but not a requirement

*Creative thinking

*Being able to work in a dynamic technical project environment.

*Pro-active, initiative, accuracy and team spirit.

*Good communication skills, able to address and convince customer.

*Fluency in English and Chinese is required, strong verbal and written communication is essential.

*Dutch speaking is preferred.
