Data Selections & Insight Analyst- MUST HAVE FASTSTATS & SQL EXPERIENCE Job Purpose:The Senior Insight Analyst position is responsible for the delivery of a complex schedule of data selections for our clients Fundraising campaigns along with delivering fundraising data analysis both internally and through external partners. Reporting to the Business Intelligence & Insight Team Lead, they are responsible for the day to day delivery of data selections and analysis for the wider Income & Innovation Department. The Senior Insight Analyst is required to accurately interpret the needs of business users and deliver robust solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:Support the Business Intelligence and Insight Team Lead, taking day-to-day responsibility for delivery of the data selections scheduleUtilise effective requirement gathering and data selection delivery through both FastStats and Marketing CloudEducation/KnowledgeExcellent working knowledge of FastStats (or similar)Highly computer literate and numerate with an excellent working knowledge of SQL and ExcelKnowledge of SalesForce Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and its practical applicationsKnowledge of Data Protection including but not limited to GDPR and PECR ExperienceExtensive experience of delivering data selections and analysis for fundraising or marketing activities, ideally within a non-profit organisationExperience working with large scale CRM implementationsSignificant experience working with business users, understanding and capturing requirements and translating these into robust, actionable insightsProven experience of working with fundraisers to develop and implement effective support journeysExperience of applying statistical, analytical, modelling, segmentation techniques to maximise marketing effectiveness Experience of using online tools (such as Google Analytics) to inform and support digital fundraising/marketing activity
