This established company in Manchester have exciting plans for growth and are seeking full stack developers, mainly at senior level, to help take their business to the next level. Joining there team of 35, You will be working truly agile with a keen focus on automation, spending most of your time building new features for their users with a data lead approach, as well as improving the site to ensure its stability. Key responsibilities:Deliver features of the highest quality to create new customer journeys and enhance existing ones using a modern tech stack, anchored in Node JS (experience in this is a must).Work with the commercial and customer teams to define and prioritise opportunities for optimisation on key product areas: venue on-boarding, venue search results, venue presentation, enquiry process, messaging hub, ratings, reviews, and rewards.Build in AI, personalisation and automation to make the business truly self-service for our organisers and hosts.Regular session replay to source issues and opportunities.Select solutions for each product - build in-house versus borrow versus buy.
