Job DescriptionLeading the Pricing Insight team in the deployment of analytical solutions to drive optimised solutions and delivering commercial value. Role & ResponsibilitiesTaking lead of multiple projects to deliver analytical capability and models built from the Credit Risk team Agile project development and leading the delivery of the analytics insight to optimise pricing for savings and lendingCollaboration with the Credit Risk and Optimisation team in understanding business priorities and requirements in translation to solutions to enhance valueEngaging with stakeholders to translate output of complex solutions to non-technical valuable insights of productsUse models to proactively suggest opportunities for the business

Skills & QualificationsExpertise within a financial setting to manage analysts and lead team developmentSolid understanding of saving and lending products and their risk and reward trade-offs Basic knowledge of data science techniques and its application to pricing optimisation and assessments Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions and enhancements to current business processes
